Terms, disclaimers & refund policy

Blue Readings Live is for entertainment purposes only. Readings, tarot, astrology, energy work, dream interpretation, and any guidance offered by advisors are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
You must be 18 years or older to use this platform, send credits, gifts, questions, or messages.
Always consult a licensed professional for serious decisions. If you are in crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency line.
No refunds — services are delivered instantly
All purchases — credit top-ups, paid questions, gifts, calls, texts, Blue Signals, and live sessions — are final and non-refundable once the service has been received or delivered.
"Received" means: the credit hit your wallet, the gift was sent in a live, the question was answered, the call/text was started, or the bid was accepted on a Signal.
Exceptions (handled case-by-case, not guaranteed):
- Duplicate accidental top-up within 30 minutes and no spending in between.
- Verified platform outage that prevented the session from happening.
- Fraudulent charges (file a dispute and contact support).
Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first will result in immediate account suspension.
Advisor conduct & content rules
Advisors are independent contractors, not employees of Blue Readings Live. Advisors may not:
- Promise specific outcomes (winning the lottery, curing illness, "getting your ex back").
- Diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or mental-health condition.
- Solicit payments outside the platform or share personal contact info.
- Engage with anyone they know to be under 18.
- Show explicit, harassing, or hateful content on stream.
Violations result in payout holds, removal, and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Payouts, fees & holds (advisors)
Splits: Calls, texts, and Signals are 70/30 (advisor/platform). Live questions are 50/50 ($1 minimum). Gifts are tiered: under $5 → 50/50, $5–$25 → 65/35, $25+ → 70/30. Full breakdown in the Payout Guide.
Schedule: Payouts run automatically every Friday for any advisor with a balance over $25 and a connected bank. You can also request an on-demand cashout anytime once you hit $25.
Rolling hold: Earnings from the past 7 days are held to cover potential chargebacks and refunds before they become payable.
Reversals: If a client charges back successfully, the corresponding earnings are clawed back from your wallet or next payout.
Taxes: You are responsible for your own income taxes. US advisors earning $600+ in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC.
Account closure: If you close your account or are removed for cause, any unpaid balance is paid out on the next regular cycle minus any reversals or violations.
Privacy, recordings & messaging
Live streams may be recorded by the platform for safety and quality review. By going live or appearing on a live, you consent to recording.
Direct messages and private rooms are end-of-session — we store them for safety review but do not sell your messages to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Readings Live and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advice given on the platform, decisions you make based on a reading, or interactions with advisors or other users.
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid the platform in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
